TAG SOLUTIONS EARNS "WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SATISFACTION"
DESIGNATION FROM SHORETEL

Company posts average customer satisfaction score of 93 percent over the past 12 months.

Albany, NY (August 7, 2007) TAG Solutions, a leading provider of data, voice and technology infrastructure services to businesses and organizations throughout Upstate and Central New York, announced today that they have been recognized at ShoreTel's Annual Partner Summit for delivering "World Class Customer Satisfaction". This designation results from client satisfaction surveys conducted by ShoreTel after TAG Solutions installs a new ShoreTel IP telephony system.

During the reporting period from May 1, 2006 through April 30, 2007, TAG Solutions posted an average customer satisfaction score of 93 percent, ranking the firm in the top 5 percent of more than 400 ShoreTel partners worldwide. The score reflects a world-class level of professionalism and customer care in network assessment, system design, project management, end-user training and post-sale follow-up.
